Hour 13. PowerPoint 2003 Advanced Features
The more pizzazz and flair you add to your presentations, the more responsive your audiences will be. PowerPoint will help you drive home your point with several advanced features. Your presentations won't be boring. You can format your entire presentation at one time or apply design templates one slide at a time. In addition to applying global presentation and templates, you can edit text and other objects on specific slides. Generally, the AutoContent Wizard and the design templates create presentations that require little editing; if you want to touch up specific parts of your slides, however, PowerPoint provides the tools you need.
The highlights of this hour include the following:
How to modify your entire presentation's design template Why you sometimes need to make minor edits to individual slides How to insert art and text from other programs into a slide How to insert art and other clip files from the Media Gallery What PowerPoint tools you can use to work with text objects How to package presentations to work on computers that don't have PowerPoint
